[Libssh] updating to rev.180 and Mantis

Hi,

Yesterday I updated my copy of libssh to rev.180 and it's nice to see so many patches (including some of mine) either in there or have their problems solved in a different way.

I still have 2 patches that I find necessary, which have not made it into Mantis, so I would like to submit those for consideration.

I do have a Mantis login, but when I try to log in, I get error 406: Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /mantis/login_page.php could not be found on this server.

Also it seems like last time I was in Mantis I only had permission to view but not create tickets (that was a long time ago tho).

So, could someone either have a look at Mantis or else submit my tickets for me?  Thanks.
