[Libssh] [PATCH] more generic makefile

Hello,

packed structures are not supported by all compilers and especially not 
by Sun/Forte12.

Please find an attached patch that removes this attribute.

I'm not sure it's the best approach, but my code works fine without 
that. If you apply this patch and the one removing the -Wall from 
makefiles, you get a library that can be compiled by Forte12.
