[Libssh] secure file transfer

Hello,

I am using libssh to transfer file from one machine to another.
I change sample.c and it work fine for the client side but I need some thing running at server side. So that server can also decide whether it will receive the file from the client or not. Can I find some .c file for server side like sample.c ?
Any other suggestion.
